Support Worker

DMR Healthcare are pleased to announce that they are now looking to recruit Support workers in the Suffolk Area.

One of our clients has a number of vacancies in one of their units in Suffolk due to the expansion of their service.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in working with those who have Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour. These roles are on a temporary basis for a period of 13 weeks with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

These roles require you to deliver personal care, prompt medication, building a good rapport with residents, promote the highest standards of care and maintain good communication and you must be a driver.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role you must have at least 6 months experience in healthcare as Support worker and be willing to work shifts including nights, weekends and sleep ins. You also need to have the ability to lone work on a one to one basis and also work within a team.
